The sales team at Wyndham Resort & Spa Dunsborough was honoured with the prestigious Sales Team of the Year award at the 24th Australian Timeshare and Holiday Ownership Council’s (ATHOC) annual awards last night.
The team was one of Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific’s five winners at the prestigious awards night held on the Gold Coast, which recognises exceptional performance and contribution within the Australian timeshare industry.
The team consists of eight Sales Consultants, two Administrative staff, three Resort Hosts and a Sales Manager. The area is located three hours from the world’s most isolated city, Perth, and has a very seasonal climate, so the area relies heavily on local business during the low season. These factors combine to create a challenging environment for the Wyndham Resort & Spa Dunsborough Sales Team.
The Wyndham Resort & Spa Dunsborough Sales Team increased the new timeshare owner count by 150% in 2014.
Despite the challenges of operating in such a small town, and as a result of hard work and dedication, the new team has managed to nearly double sales profits in less than 12 months.
Wyndham Resort & Spa Dunsborough Sales Team was rewarded for their focus on providing an exceptional guest experience, as well as for their drive to work closely with resort staff to ensure guests’ holiday dreams come true.
