Interval’s network now has a total of eight Grupo Vidanta resorts with more than 900 units, including Grand Luxxe, Grand Bliss, and The Bliss properties.

Five minutes’ drive north of Playa del Carmen, the 18-unit Grand Luxxe IV Riviera Maya is currently under construction and will offer spacious studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, decorated in sand and sunset tones with natural stone and rich wood accents. They will include a private pool on the terrace of each unit and a whirlpool bath. Among the extensive array of planned on-site amenities are a private beach, large swimming pool, spa, fitness center, and cosmopolitan bars and restaurants. True to the Grand Luxxe brand, the resort will treat guests to a total luxury experience. The lavish interiors will feature exotic finishes and specially commissioned sculptures and paintings. There will be a 24-hour concierge and Internet Café on every floor.

Also under construction, the contemporary Grand Bliss IV Riviera Maya will welcome guests with 48 two-bedroom units, sophisticated bars and restaurants, spa, fitness center, children’s club, private beach, and swimming pool. The Grand Bliss brand is known for incorporating beautiful colors and textures in a decor that features hand-woven materials, whimsical murals, and glass, wood, and polished metal finishes. Open-plan units, decorated with splashes of azure, and accented with warm wood tones, will have a full kitchen, jetted bathtub, and a private soaking pool and hooded lounger on the terrace.

New purchasers at these resorts will be enrolled as individual members of Interval International and will also become Interval Gold® members, entitling them to a number of flexible exchange opportunities and upgraded benefits and services.
