New luxury seafront resort in Turkey: Ramada Resort Kusadasi, a three-way collaboration between famous hospitality group Ramada, Turkish construction company Priyen and CLC World Resorts & Hotels, opened this spring with a further phase already being built to satisfy demand for freehold holiday homes at this location.
Built on 30,000m2 on the very edge of the popular seaside city and cruise port, CLC World has achieved virtual sell out of 388 freehold properties: 158 penthouse and duplex residences along with 230 hotel suites, and now under construction on adjoining land, Lagoon Suites has 187 off plan sales in process with a 2016 completion date for approximately 220 units.
The company has two established mixed use resorts operating in Turkey, its mega-facility CLC Kusadasi Golf & Spa set hilltop 17kms from the city with the only 18-hole golf course in the area, and the escapist, beachfront resort with Turkish baths and beach club spilling onto pristine sands: CLC Apollonium Spa & Beach, at beautiful Bozbuk Bay close to Bodrum.

Ramada Resort Kusadasi is the first global brand, mixed use hotel resort at this destination – which has been investing heavily in its tourist infrastructure – and offers upscale accommodation and facilities of a level rarely found here. “The resort has four indoor and outdoor swimming pools, seven multi cuisine restaurants, a spa and fitness centre, children’s aqua park and a private beach club, so interest has been huge and that has been reflected in sales,” says CLC World Managing Director Turkey, Carole Detheridge.
Featured in the major holiday search engines and in package tour brochures, Ramada Resort Kusadasi has achieved near sell out for peak summer and is experiencing buoyant bookings. With its spring opening following that of CLC Regal Oaks in Florida, 2015, and with the launch of the company’s luxury CLC Signature Collection fractionals, this year is shaping up as one of the busiest and most exciting yet for CLC World expansion worldwide.
