This achievement celebrates businesses who consistently receive outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year. The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period.
To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
It is important to highlight that it’s not easy to receive this award since it does not require any payment or application for inclusion as TripAdvisor explains in its policies for the certificate. You receive this recognition when you serve real guests with the most outstanding service and get real feedback from them.
