In addition, his top-notch desserts will be featured at all ten of the brand’s oceanfront properties in Mexico and Jamaica.

Antonio Bachour was born in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. His love affair for sweets stemmed from watching his mother bake a variety of homemade desserts, which preceded dinner each evening in the Bachour household. By the age of 14, Bachour was eager to begin his culinary career and would often work afterschool doing any chores around his father’s bakery. At the age of 17, his father gave him a small bakery, where he spent two years perfecting his skills prior to embarking on his global culinary journey. In the coming years, Bachour went on to work in some of the most prestigious hotel kitchens. In 2018, Bachour will showcase his ridiculously gorgeous and equally delicious sweet treats at Antonio Bachour Bakery + Restaurant + Academy in Miami. This 5,000 square foot venue is Bachour’s latest project.
