Hyatt Vacation Ownership (HVO) was recognized by the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) for its outstanding website, promoting its newest luxury property – Hyatt Ka’anapali Beach, a Hyatt Residence Club Resort. The ARDY award, which is presented during ARDA’s yearly conference, is one of several accolades HVO has received for its Maui property.

“It’s an honor for us to be recognized by our colleagues,” said John Burlingame, president of HVO. “Our marketing team is terrific. We are proud of their talent and ability to create industry-leading tools that communicate the Hyatt Residence Club story in such a compelling and thoughtful manner.”

In addition to this award, Hyatt Ka’anapali Beach also received the American Resort Development Association’s prestigious 2015 ARDA Circle of Excellence (ACE) Domestic Project of Excellence award. This important recognition identifies recipients who reach the highest levels of excellence in the resort industry or who have demonstrated a commitment to the betterment of the industry as a whole. The property also earned top honors for exceptional site plan and resort architecture.

Hyatt Ka’anapali Beach opened for occupancy in December 2014 in a prime oceanfront location on Maui. The island’s unique cultural heritage is apparent in the resort’s architecture, spacious floor plan, and décor. Most of the 131 units have ocean views of the island and all feature expansive lanais for enjoying the spectacular scenery. Among the on-site amenities are infinity and zero-entry swimming pools surrounded by lush tropical foliage, a fitness center, a day lounge, and the Lahaina Provision Company offering locally sourced groceries.

The winning Maui website is part of HVO’s expanded marketing initiatives to promote its 16 upscale properties in highly sought-after destinations.  In addition to Ka’anapali Beach, it has recently launched sites for its properties in Carmel, Key West, San Antonio, and Sedona.
