Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Sydney has celebrated its milestone 10th anniversary.
The stylish CBD property was the first urban hotel in the Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific portfolio, for the use of vacation owners and guests of the WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham.
The hotel, which is ideally located on Wentworth Avenue a short walk from Hyde Park, was purchased in August 2005 and welcomed its first WorldMark South Pacific Club owners on October 1, 2005.
It has since grown to become one of Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific’s most popular properties, running at 90% occupancy rates year round. More than 30,000 people chose to holiday at Wyndham Sydney in 2014 and in excess of 20,000 have stayed at the property so far in 2015.
The milestone anniversary coincides with Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific welcoming the 50,000th vacation owner to its WorldMark South Pacific Club, as well as the company’s 15th birthday, in 2015.
