A new and final phase of townhouse construction begins in January at CLC World’s flagship mixed use resort in the US: CLC Regal Oaks in Kissimmee-Orlando, Florida; where more than 300 holiday properties have already been sold and a further 50 sales are pending completion.

And with buyers already having spoken for just under half of the planned 37 new 2 and 3 bedroom properties, and only 25 remaining from previous phases, the company is well on its way to achieving yet another successful sell out through its estate agency arm: CLC Estates.

“It shows that a combination of incredible location, just four miles from Walt Disney World®, and CLC World quality evident in the accommodations, resort design and facilities, is a win-win for those looking to buy not just in Florida’s top tourism hotspot but the whole of America’s,” says Laura Sherman, Resort Manager.

During 2014 Orlando achieved 62million visitors, an historic record. This year, tourism authority Visit Florida reported over 54million visitors to the state already between January and June 2015, nearly 6% up on previous year, putting the destination on course to smash its 100million, all-time high target. And the median price of Orlando property continues to rise*, good news for investors.

CLC Regal Oaks’ latest phase is being built by the resort’s second lake – there are three in all – fringing conservation land, ensuring no building behind it. Completion is scheduled for July 2016. Construction will cause minimum disruption to holidaying guests as the site has its own separate entrance and is away from the main activity of the resort.

With its $9 million showpiece clubhouse, CLC Regal Oaks has earned many plaudits from owners and guests, maintaining 4-5 stars in Trip Advisor review ratings. Special features include a freeform pool with decking over a natural lake, complemented by a mini aqua park, tennis courts, fitness centre, mini market and celebrity chef restaurant: Shubee’s Coastal Grill & Bar.

The resort’s spacious townhouses are arranged to provide a family with a modern, comfortable ‘home away from home’, somewhere to relax and recharge the batteries after a ‘full-on’ Florida day. As well as having major theme parks close by, the resort neighbours newly revamped Old Town entertainment complex with restaurants, shops and bars all within walking distance.
