Zealandia Holding Company, parent company to Festiva Development Group, ETourandTravel, Patton Hospitality Management, Festiva Sailing Vacations, Resort Travel Xchange and Zealandia Capital, celebrated its 15th anniversary on June 13, 2015, at the company’s corporate headquarters.

Since inception in 2000, founding partners, Butch Patrick and Don Clayton, have worked tirelessly to grow Zealandia Holding Company (ZHC). They began by acquiring Peppertree, Escapes and KGI, and by transitioning from Festiva Resorts, a single company responsible for all aspects of timeshare ownership and management, to its current state as the parent of a group of subsidiary companies each aimed at catering to a specific area of the timeshare vertical. Strong leadership and strategic decisions at every step have enabled ZHC to become one of the most successful private timeshare and vacation management companies in the country.
With more than 125 years of combined industry experience and American Resort Development Association (ARDA) awards at the executive level, ZHC boasts an impressive record in the timeshare and resort development industry. Through its subsidiaries the company has grown from one resort property to 25, led innovation in the application of the points-based vacation membership model, implemented cutting-edge employee engagement initiatives and provided opportunities that promote a true sense of belonging, further advanced its reputation as an innovator by transitioning to an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) and set resort management standards worthy of featuring on nationally syndicated hotel management programming.
