Launched in 2017, Vacation SafeGuard significantly enhances the value proposition of vacation ownership programs by giving vacation club members the opportunity to earn up to their original purchase price back over time, simply by staying loyal to the club where they purchased the membership.
In the past 12 months, Vacation SafeGuard has launched at resorts and clubs throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe and Asia and has added several new enhancements and optional add-ons to further support its diverse client base.
The latest feature expands the options of how the product is positioned. While most clients of Vacation SafeGuard seamlessly include the program within the sales price of a vacation membership, a new direct billing option has now been added so that qualifying clients may, if they choose, have Vacation SafeGuard bill the new member directly for the enrollment fee; either as a one-time payment or in monthly installments that match a loan term length for the vacation membership.
Equiant will facilitate the collection of customer payments for Vacation SafeGuard, using their loan servicing technology to manage the rapidly growing number of daily enrollments into the Vacation SafeGuard program.
