The Canadian Vacation Ownership Association (CVOA) has announced its speakers for the upcoming annual conference, VO-CON at Fairmont Chateaux Whistler in British Columbia, 22-25 September 2019.
In line with the theme for this year’s event; “To Explore the Business of Vacations” the keynote address will be given by David Lund, a hospitality financial leadership pioneer who has branded himself “The Hotel Financial Coach.” Lund’s focus is on working with individuals and teams to create a financially engaged leadership team that drives better customer service.

Session topics will include discussions on growth markets in North America, Canada and Mexico, sustainability and the direction of world tourism development. More sessions will focus on advocacy and labour, the digital age and the secondary market for vacation ownership.

Vo-Con 2018 Conference received stunning post event survey results showing 95-percent of attendees rated VO-Con’s networking opportunities “good or excellent”, 100-percent stated that they met new people, and 76-percent of attendees acknowledged that they had found potential new business leads that could be worth in excess of $6 million dollars.
