Dial An Exchange (DAE), the world’s largest privately owned timeshare exchange provider, has been selected as the exchange services provider by Leisure Logistics for its customer loyalty product, Leisure Points

Orlando, Florida – November 9, 2012 – (INTUITION by Perspective Group) – Dial An Exchange (DAE), the world’s largest privately owned timeshare exchange provider, has been selected as the exchange services provider by Leisure Logistics for its customer loyalty product, Leisure Points. DAE will support the exchange platform for Leisure Points, offering worldwide inventory to timeshare owners seeking other options for using their weeks.

“For those business clients that are able to offer an alternative or additional exchange solution, this is a perfect match for our suite of products,” states Catherine O’Leary, President of Leisure Logistics. “We have built a loyalty product designed to drive customer retention and help increase the overall value of ownership, so a solid exchange service is a natural fit.”

The Leisure Points system was created to reward owners while encouraging engagement and customer loyalty. Additionally, Leisure Logistics provides data on the buying patterns and demographics of loyal customers. This data allows developers to build a stronger relationship with customers, subsequently boosting profitability and continuing loyalty. “Now, by adding an exchange component, we round out the benefits package to timeshare owners altogether,” adds O’Leary.

“We were extremely impressed with how drop-dead simple the technology is for the end user,” said Fermin Cruz, Vice President of the Americas Region for Dial An Exchange. “It’s very intuitive. We are glad to be supporting the exchange service that will be offered to members.”

According to O’Leary, “The key to the rapid acceptance of this integrated loyalty platform, offered gratis to vacation ownership customers, is our easy-to-use platform.” O’Leary is a respected vacation ownership sales and marketing expert whose teams have sold nearly $200 million in timeshare intervals over the last decade.

The Leisure Points proprietary loyalty program was developed by CTO Paul Heath, who has a multi-industry background with more than 20 years of experience in the software industry, along with a team of hospitality veterans with experience in timeshare and hotel development, vacation ownership sales, marketing, finance, website design and marketing, and SaaS web platform development.

Today, DAE is the world’s largest privately owned timeshare exchange provider, with destinations available worldwide, an extensive network of corporate customers, and a member base of nearly 450,000. DAE maintains offices in the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, China, India, South Africa, Italy and Eastern Europe. http://daelive.com
