Sandra KerrWyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific is pleased to announce the appointment of Sandra Kerr as the new Resort Manager of Ramada Resort Shoal Bay.

Sandra will be responsible for the daily operational success of the beachfront property, which includes more than 200 self-contained apartments, villas and suites overlooking Shoal Bay on the New South Wales mid-north coast.

Sandra brings significant and varied skills gleaned from 14 years in resort management through to her experience standing as the Liberal candidate for Wyong in the 2015 New South Wales state elections.

Previously, Sandra was the General Manager of Mantra Kooindah Waters Residential Golf & Spa Resort (now Mercure) on the New South Wales Central Coast. She has a proven track record in managing resort operations, including housekeeping, front office and conferencing and events sales.

Sandra holds key positions in several organisations and is currently President of the Wyong Chamber of Commerce and Councillor for the New South Wales Business Chamber Central Coast. She was formerly the Chairperson of Central Coast Tourism.

Wyndham’s Senior Vice President Resort Operations and Property Development Matt Taplin said Sandra’s hospitality and tourism experience would be an asset to the resort.

A long time visitor to Shoal Bay with family ties in the region, Sandra said she was looking forward to becoming part of the local community through her new role at the resort.
