In his new role, Martin Tolan will oversee all elements of the business, plus regularly reporting on business results, manage performance, and liaise in government negotiations as needed. Martin joined the company more than two years ago as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and has continued to play a pivotal role in building a cohesive leadership team and cementing a solid foundation for the growing business.  His inclusive leadership focuses on providing his colleagues with self development, a high level of performance and accountability. Before joining Anantara Vacation Club, Martin spent 15 years in key senior leadership positions with Starwood Vacation Ownership throughout the U.S., Mexico and the Caribbean, where he lead a team of more than 800 associates.
