Associates, Owners, Members and guests from Bangkok, Thailand, to Hilton Head, South Carolina, took part in unique wellness activities, including morning yoga, beach cleanups, water aerobics classes, group runs and obstacle course challenges to recognize the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle. Observed in more than 150 countries, Global Wellness Day brings awareness to the importance of overall wellness — a complete state of physical, mental and social well-being.
