New Properties Announced

  • Dreams Acapulco Resort & Spa: Located on Playa Icacos on the Miguel Alemán coast of Acapulco, this 605-room resort will welcome guests in late 2019. It will offer seven restaurants, four bars, lounges, and a Dreams Spa by Pevonia®.
  • Now Emerald Cancun Resort & Spa: Now Emerald Cancun will be located between the Caribbean Sea and the Nichupte Lagoon and will feature 427 guest rooms and suites offering garden, lagoon and ocean views. Set to open in June 2019, this beach-front resort is only 8 minutes away from Cancun International Airport. It will offer the brand’s signature Unlimited-Luxury® vacation concept, where everything is included.
  • Now Natura Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa: With stunning views of the Caribbean Sea on a white sand beach, this 556-room property will include a lazy river, waterfalls, water park attractions, and a grotto bar. The resort is a short 10-mile drive from the Cancun International Airport and will open December 2019.
  • Sunscape Akumal Beach Resort & Spa: This will be the first Sunscape-branded property to enter the beach destination of Akumal.  Sunscape Akumal Beach Resort & Spa will feature 360 rooms for guests to enjoy the brand’s Unlimited-Fun®vacation concept. Located close to the the historical and ecological sites of Tulum and Cobá, guests can relax at four pools; including two for Sun Club guests only, along with activities and entertainment for the whole family. This resort is set to open June 2019.
