Orlando, Florida, March 2nd, 2018 – (INTUITION) Resort Travel & Xchange; the leading vacation ownership exchange company is proud to be celebrating National Consumer Protection Week (March 4-10) by hosting a webinar on National Be Heard Day, Wednesday, March 7. In addition to the webinar, RTX will feature social media shout outs and timeshare industry guest bloggers who will produce pieces about consumer rights and protection.
RTX’s webinar will focus on creating a strong dialogue between its members and discuss the positives and negatives associated with the timeshare industry as well as how to find the best vacation options when using RTX’s flexible services. The informative session will be hosted by industry experts, Beth Arlington and Corina Violette.
Beth Arlington, who is RTX’s Inventory Manager previously hosted the company’s last webinar held in December 2017. Beth has been with RTX since 2013 and provides support and education to RTX’s call center staff on the process of exchange. Beth also works closely with developers and resort operators by managing inventory on a daily basis.
With over 13 years in the travel industry, Corina Violette has played a pivotal role at RTX since the company’s founding in 2012. Corina is an active participant on many discussion panels at leading industry events and maintains strong partnerships with RTX’s affiliated resorts to provide solutions to staff and owners.
Joining Beth and Corina will also be RTX’s Call Center Team Lead, Ed Robertson. Ed will be providing tips and recommendations to members on how to fully take advantage of everything RTX has to offer. Ed has a strong reputation for being knowledgeable and going the extra mile to ensure that members are satisfied and are able to make their vacation dreams a reality.
Along with Beth, Corina, and Ed; Greg Crist and Christy Crist from the AVO (formerly NTOA) will also be in attendance for the webinar. With over a decade of experience in association management and nonprofit development, AVO’s CEO, Greg Crist has developed a comprehensive member education series that promotes the benefits of vacation ownership throughout North America. As the Director of Operations for the AVO, Christy Crist utilizes her experience as a project manager to establish new business connections.
