The property designed by Bruce Henderson Architects consists of 531 rooms and features a contemporary architectural design across two adjacent buildings, a 23-storey tower on William Street and a 21- storey building on Little Bourke Street.

The property was developed by Hengyi Australia, an affiliate of the China-based award-winning residential and commercial developer Shandong HYI (Group) Co. Ltd.

Level one of the building houses a fully equipped gymnasium along with a library where guests can relax, meet with clients or friends and take in a view of the streets below, out on the feature balcony.

Moving upstairs, visitors can retreat to the rooftop precinct which features a heated lap pool and BBQ area that guests can utilize as they take in the city’s skyline views. The hotel also offers meeting room facilities, laundry amenities, concierge and 24-hour reception service.
