Try Rotation Rosters.

Occupation Rotation Rosters work like this:

If you have 8 Fractions then on average each Owner gets 6 or 7 weeks a year. Create a Roster that groups 2 high weeks + 2 mid weeks + 2 low weeks into 8 Groups each year. Then rotate the Owners thru this Roster each year so that each Owner gets a differen set of weeks each…[Read more]

So what you are saying is that while the Fractional Developers are trying desperately to differentiate themselves, Timeshare Owners and Developers are annexing this term (Fractional Ownership) to describe what THEY own or sell. There goes the neighbourhood!

Fractional Ownership is a form of holiday home ownership where a small group of people share the ownership and use of the holiday home amongst themselves.

Well, I guess legally speaking there is little difference between Timeshare and Fractional Ownership. It is only a matter of degree.
