    Now that I’ve been to a couple of conferences this year (Ragatz and ARDA), it appears that the vacation ownership industry is picking up steam and building momentum in 2011. What do you think?

    I agree that business seems to be picking up. I am aware of several new developers entering the market, a developer reengergizing a property (refurb and restarting sales), and increased need for help from those like myself who serve as advisors and efficiency experts.
