New stats from ARDA show that about 75% of owners looking to sell on the secondary market research between 3-5 companies before they enter into an agreement with a resales company. This tends to contradict the image of an owner getting a phone call and having a “knee-jerk reaction” to enter into an agreement with a company. I’m not defending scammers, who are constantly being busted in Florida, but maybe there is another side of this that’s not being discussed. What do you think?
