Yes, I think so. Twitter automation is obvious to anyone but the novice. As an active participant on Twitter, I find myself skipping over these multiply messages without even a glance at the topic.
Social Media is suppose to be social, a way to connect. No one likes the automated phone systems we are forced to use these days… it is missing the human element, the connection to a person. It makes them feel less valued as a customer.
