    At a time where the disposable income of the basic family unit is being decimated from a dozen different directions, what differentiates your project from the myriad of similar resorts? Why would a prospective buyer pick your project over someone else’s?

    Why would a buyer buy your pproject at ‘RETAIL’ when he can pick up a similar unit on a ‘RESALE’?

    If you build it, they will come…by the millions.
