Your delegate fee does not include accommodation but we do strongly recommend that you stay at the GNEX 2013 Conference venue; The Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, CA, so you don't miss any of the conference and so you can experience the luxury and atmosphere of one of the most famous hotels in the world!
To make your decision easier, we have negotiated some incredible rates at this iconic hotel; which are available from 1st February through 9th February allowing you to arrive early or depart late should you want to explore the many attractions in and around Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Los Angeles or surrounding areas.

Once your delegate registration is confirmed we will provide you with the details you need to redeem our special rate. But hurry, our discounted rooms are limited and available on a first come first served basis only.
Please Note: Only bookings that match fully paid delegate registrations will receive the discounted rate. Any other bookings will be deleted from our room block allocation.
Terms & Conditions
All bookings made on or offline for attendance at GNEX 2013 are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Delegate Registration payments are non-refundable in full or in part at any time, but may be transferred to another person at no additional charge.
2. Discounted rooms at Beverly Wilshire are available for fully paid delegates only, are limited and subject to availability at time of booking. Prices quoted are for room only and exclude any local taxes or service fees charged by the hotel upon checkout. For more details, enquire directly with the hotel at time of booking.
3. Room block allocation at Beverly Wilshire will be verified at regular intervals according to fully paid delegate registrations. Any bookings made at the hotel on our room block that do not have a corresponding delegate registration will be removed from our room block allocation and charged at the standard rates according to the hotel, unless otherwise cancelled.
4. In the interests of producing the best possible conference, Perspective Magazine reserves the right to make any changes necessary to any part of the event, or information provided on this website at any time, without prior notice.
5. Your contact information will be shared with our sponsors only. Your name, title and company name will be shared with all delegates as part of our on-site delegate list.
