The Perspective Magazine Awards program provides a global platform of recognition to industry professionals and companies from within the shared ownership industry and is the only awards program that is independently judged by both a panel of experts and industry peers through an innovative online voting system.



Winning nominees receive all of the following:

  • A trophy presented in person in front of an audience of senior level industry professionals at the Perspective Magazine Awards Gala Dinner held during the GNEX Conference in Cancun, Mexico.
  • A certificate is also presented in person at the awards gala for display at company's offices (not framed, but packaged for easy transportation).
  • A PDF version of your certificate so you can make duplicates for additional offices / sales centers etc...
  • A customized awards logo for use on company websites and marketing materials.
  • Recognition as an award winner on the Perspective Magazine, Perspective Magazine Awards and GNEX websites.

How To Enter


All nominations are to be made by an authorised representative of the nominated company / individual or other officially appointed representative.

Simply fill in the form below, complete the payment for your 50% DISCOUNTED award entry or entries (just $50 per nomination per award category until April 30th) and then submit any accompanying images or documentation to support your nomination(s) to the email address that will be provided.

    For our administration records only, please enter the details of the authorised person making this submission.

  • Multiple Submissions & Payment Options

    In both cases you will be sent an invoice and payment details for your preferred method. If you are making additional nominations, please make them within a 48 hour period and we will then invoice you for them collectively.
