SellMyTimeshareNOW LLC was founded in 2003 to fill an underserved need in the secondary marketplace for timeshare resales and rentals. In 2006, the company established Timeshare Broker Services of Florida, LLC and in 2008, added Vacation Hotdeal Companies, Inc., to acquire and unify the two original companies. In 2009, Vacation Property Solutions was launched to provide customized resale and rental service solutions to resorts, HOAs, developers and management companies.
The company took industry partnership services a step further in 2011, launching the Partner Portal Program, creating essentially the first MLS for timeshares. Anyone with clean, rentable or salable properties, including HOAs, Brokers, resale companies and management companies can upload ads, benefiting from the high-visibility of SellMyTimeshareNOW’s powerful marketing platform.
Vacation Hotdeal Companies, Inc. has offices in Dover, New Hampshire and Orlando, Florida. In 2008 and 2009, Inc. 500 and Inc. 5000 Lists honored SellMyTimeshareNOW as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in America. In 2009, the company hired the legal firm of Baker Hostetler to vet and affirm that the business practices of Vacation Hotdeal Companies are in full compliance with Florida real estate brokerage laws. A marketplace leader in the development and implementation of a web-based technology designed specifically for timeshare resale and rental needs, the company’s websites attract 19 million pageviews annually.
