Born in the Dominican Republic on June 22, 1957. Married since 1979, father of two children. Luis possesses a vast managing experience acquired during his 30 years of work in the travel & leisure industry. He held several high profile positions in some of the regional key players such as Sheraton, Ahmsa and Allegro Hotels & Resorts. He was also Executive Vice-president of Sales & Marketing at Occidental Hotels, in charge of the sales operation for 26 properties located in Mexico, Costa Rica, Aruba, Dominican Republic and Spain.

Currently serves as Occidental Hotels & Resorts President of Timeshare Division. He is an avid golfer and cigar aficionado.
