Women in the Industry (WIN) advocates, educates and connects women in the Vacation Industry. The primary purpose of Women in the Industry is to foster the growth of women in the shared ownership industry by recognizing and connecting women, furthering their skill sets through education and providing a forum to unite and leverage best practices by providing life, work and balance support. The members of Women in the Industry (WIN) include resorts, recreational real estate developers, vacation clubs, and funding / lending institutions along with legal firms, architects and suppliers to the vacation industry.
While membership is not restricted to women, one of the greatest advantages of membership in WIN is the opportunity to network and foster career growth for women with principal organizations in the vacation industry. The members of WIN come from all backgrounds. Collectively we work together to foster leadership, promote diversity and inclusion as well as create opportunity in both the vacation and the vacation ownership Industries. Our programs include philanthropic endeavors, mentoring, WIN Wednesdays for networking and educational events both regional and in conjunction with the ARDA national convention.
