The Deferred Annuity contract is a financial product in itself, purchased directly from Lloydshare Limited. The annuitant, or purchaser of the contract, invests a single premium and, in exchange, will receive a guaranteed lump-sum payment upon its maturity in 25 years.
The additional cost to invest in a Lloydshare Deferred Annuity is relatively small in comparison to the peace of mind that will come from knowing the entire membership cost will be reimbursed in full. It is the reason why more and more resorts continue to turn to Lloydshare for such an invaluable product.
In addition to offering continual back-up and training, Lloydshare’s set of terms and conditions fully support and compliment the regulations for vacation memberships that have been established by each Host Resort. Since annuitants are required to maintain their vacation membership in good standing throughout the annuity’s term, Lloydshare’s Deferred Annuity is a tool used by Host Resorts to help discourage default and cancellation.
