Company Overview
C.A.R.E. (Cooperative Association of Resort Exchangers), a premier vacation industry trade association, was established in 1985 by timeshare resort professionals in order to provide owners with increased vacation exchange and fulfilment opportunities.
Today, member companies include travel clubs, wholesalers and rental companies, exchange organizations, property management firms, and suppliers of products and services. Members enjoy increased opportunities for fulfilment, inventory utilization and revenue enhancement.
While C.A.R.E. does not own or control inventory or guarantee vacation fulfilment the association provides members with networking opportunities for individual business enhancement and career development while requiring adherence to its Code of Standards and Ethics. Through collective enforcement of this Code by its members, C.A.R.E. aims to strengthen the industry by improving the overall experience for consumers.
C.A.R.E. member companies currently offer more than 2,500 vacation properties and service over one million vacationers.
C.A.R.E. is an international organization including members throughout the US, Canada, Mexico, Europe, South Africa and Australia. C.A.R.E. member companies join forces to deliver great vacations to owners and clients worldwide.
