Internationally recognized for elite designs of high-end brands such as Ferrari and Rolls-Royce, the award-winning Italian studio Pininfarina was unveiled as the designer of the first luxury-branded development in the Orlando market. Slated to open in 2020, Magic Village by Pininfarina will become the newest addition to the previously announced Magic Place by Pininfarina complex, and the fourth project of Orlando-based Magic Development Group, which boasts a growing portfolio of five-star vacation condominium properties in Central Florida. The new project was unveiled Friday during a special celebration at the Villaggio Restaurant at the company’s first development – The Magic Village 1.
