June 1 marked the newest milestone in the growth of the Exploria Resorts brand which was officially launched at the newest branded Sales Center on the site of Pocono Mountain Villas by Exploria Resorts, formerly Tree Tops and Fairway. The 618 unit vacation ownership resort has for decades provided consumers vacationing from the New York metropolitan and tri-state area a tranquil, four seasons mountain vacation retreat complete with a full line up of amenities for a vacation filled with fun and adventure.
The addition of the Pennsylvania Sales Center and the rebranding of the resort there to Pocono Mountain Villas by Exploria Resorts expands the Exploria Resorts collection of resorts and hotels from Florida, Tennessee, and Missouri to now include Pennsylvania, adding a geographic location with a rich drive in market from the northeast. This new Sales Center will provide a key platform from which to showcase vacation ownership opportunities with Club Exploria, the brand’s vacation ownership club, to consumers vacationing from the New York metropolitan and tri-state area. Exploria Resorts currently serves a worldwide ownership base of over 65,000 in popular vacation destinations such as Daytona Beach, FL, Gatlinburg, TN, and Orlando, FL. With the addition of the Pennsylvania resort, the ownership base will exceed 85,000.
