Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (NYSE:WYN) today announced that it has completed a term securitization transaction involving the issuance of $350 million of investment-grade asset-backed notes. Sierra Timeshare 2010-2 Receivables Funding LLC issued $286 million of A rated and $64 million of BBB rated vacation ownership loan backed notes with coupons of 3.84% and 5.31% respectively. The advance rate for this transaction was 83.25%.

Interval International and participating resort affiliates continued their financial support of tourism education with a $15,000 donation to the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO) Foundation. Neil Kolton, director of resort sales and service for the Caribbean and Florida, Interval International, presented the check to Hugh Riley, secretary general of CTO, and Jacqueline Johnson, chairman of the foundation, during Caribbean Week in New York City. The latest contribution underscores the ongoing commitment of Interval and its resort affiliates to the foundation. Over the past 11 years, they have funded $190,000 in scholarships and study grants for Caribbean nationals.
