In a joint statement from both companies, it has been announced that CLC World Resorts & Hotels’ resort management division has acquired Resort Solutions Ltd (RSL).

The acquisition of the resort management company will enable RSL, with CLC support and capital, to offer further services and expertise to its resort clients and actively seek out resort management and service contracts to expand its business interests.

RSL will remain an autonomous resort management operation under the continuing and immediate management of Linda Freer as consultant and Bradley Revell as managing director.[member]

Both CLC World’s managing director Martyn Aldridge and RSL’s Linda Freer welcomed the new business opportunity afforded by this development and look forward to working with RSL’s existing clients, while expanding and working with new clubs and potential acquisitions in the near future.

CLC World Resort Management is the resort operations arm of CLC World Resorts & Hotels, operating various resorts and hotels in Europe , particularly the UK, Spain and Turkey and more recently the USA, and servicing 40,000 CLC World member families.[/member]

Resort Solutions is an independent timeshare resort management company operating resorts in Spain, Lanzarote, Portugal the UK and France on behalf of independent timeshare owners committees representing over 10,000 member families.
