Today, in honor of Hilton Worldwide’s first Global Week of Service, November 11 – 18, more than 125 volunteers from Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) will be lending a helping hand with numerous grounds and living improvement projects at the William R. Just Center for Drug-Free Living Inc. Hilton Worldwide’s Global Week of Service is a celebration of the company’s year-round commitment to volunteerism, and Hilton Grand Vacations’ efforts are a part of a week-long event involving extensive volunteer projects and signature events occurring around the world.

The mission of the William R. Just Center for Drug-Free Living is to “Promote Healthy Responsible Lifestyles”, providing prevention, intervention and treatment to individuals and families coping with substance use and mental health disorders, juvenile delinquency, HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis and other behavioral health issues.
HGV team members will be working in nine teams to complete projects that range from planting a Victory Garden, creating a central recreation area and assembling play and exercise equipment; to painting resident cottages, offering tutoring support to residents, and creating activity and craft kits.
