Bluegreen Corporation (NYSE: BXG), a leading provider of Colorful Places to Live and Play, today announced its noteworthy results in the 2011 Associate Satisfaction and Engagement Survey for the company’s first Quarter. On a scale of 1. to 10, Bluegreen Corporation ranked over 8 on the Associate Satisfaction Scale and over 8 on the Associate Engagement scale, which rank higher than the previous year’s results.
Bluegreen Corporation saw a 57 percent participation rate in the survey, which was held between February 15 and March 11, 2011. Bluegreen intends to hold an Associate Satisfaction and Engagement Survey twice a year in order to provide a regular, formal and anonymous mechanism to capture your feedback as to how Bluegreen can better support its valued associates. The next survey is planned to launch during the third Quarter of 2011.
Because Bluegreen Corporation is committed to the ongoing improvement of communications between the Company and its associates, it has already developed significant projects tied to comments made within the survey.[member]
