The Absolute World Group have confirmed a five year Estate Management contract with Jones Lang LaSalle, world leader in property management, commencing January 1^st 2011, for the Group’s boutique luxury condominium resort, Absolute Twin Sands Resort & Spa in Phuket, Thailand.

Jones Lang LaSalle Thailand will provide operational management services for Absolute Twin Sands Resort & Spa owners, with the final completed resort to be marketed under the Absolute Resorts & Hotels brand. This is the second Absolute World Group resort development to have chosen Jones Lang LaSalle Thailand, the first being the Group’s flagship Phuket boutique resort development Absolute Bangla Suites (opened in 2010).
