Global timeshare and fractional industry information provider Perspective Magazine announces that Dr. Richard Ragatz, president, Ragatz Associates, will provide the latest statistical data from the fractional real estate market at the Global Networking Expo, GNEX 2011.
Following on from his own successful fractional investment conference in San Francisco recently, Dr. Ragatz will be presenting his information prior to moderating a pair of panels entitled “What Makes A Successful Fractional Development?” and “The Benefits Of A Mixed Use Environment” during Day One of GNEX 2011, to be held May 11-12, 2011 at the glamorous Atlantis Resort in Nassau, Bahamas.
