September 9, 2010

Introducing a New Dimension in Guest Experiences

First Resorts, one of the worlds largest resort management Companies, managing over 50 holiday destinations throughout South Africa and the United Kingdom has introduced a new dimension in guest experiences, intended specifically to indulge all the senses of guests visiting any Resort. Stuart Lamont, Chairman of the Group says, “Essentially, the highly researched programme is based upon creating and retaining great memories and experiences by engaging the various senses including a silky touch, therapeutic aromas, scintillating tastes, heart warming music and sounds, amongst many others.”

Beyond traditional management
First Resorts, along with most large hotel and resort management companies, excel at all aspects of Management services including asset management, Reception check in, Food and Beverage Management, Budgeting, Financial  Control, Security Management, Design and Refurbishment, Rentals, Central Buying, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Yield Management. However, providing these basic expectations is no longer the key to creating a memorable and amazing holiday experience. It now takes a lot more to exceed our guest expectations.
