Caliente Resorts – clothing-optional luxury resorts offering vacations through a points-based club, along with hotel accommodations and whole ownership availability – recently purchased resort software from vacation ownership industry supplier SPI Software.

“We’re anticipating adding a number of locations,” says Caliente COO Steve Dorsey. “Right now we have facilities in Tampa and the Dominican Republic, but we’ll be expanding beginning later in the year. That’s why we needed software like SPI’s. We compared it with other timeshare- and resort-oriented software products, but none were built using current technology that would support adding multiple types of functionality, usage and ownership like SPI.”
