Established Maltese Developer, Club Malta, Chooses Merlin Software as its Technology Provider to Support its Entire Business Operation

Located in Xemxija Bay in Malta, Club Malta’s Porto Aparthotel resort overlooks the picturesque St Paul’s Bay and provides stylish and comfortable apartment and hotel style accommodation with a wide range of leisure facilities. The resort has sold timeshare fixed weeks and, more recently, RCI Points and has owners located throughout Europe. The resort team undertakes a variety of marketing activities to generate sales tours. This includes on site programmes targeting guests staying at the hotel. The resort also successfully undertakes outbound telemarketing from its call centre located at the resort using the latest VOIP technology. The focus is generating “flybuy” tours from the UK.

Owner Joseph Sammut explained “Our outbound telemarketing programme is essential to our overall marketing plan so we needed software that not only provided our leads in an accessible, easy to use format for our telemarketers to call, but also tracked what happened to them and then automatically sent out e-mail communications based on the results of each call.
