The overall theme of the 2010 Luxury Markets Symposium in Mexico City may be “Building Solutions”, but if the first day of the conference is any indication, the overall uptick in the industry shows that those solutions are well underway.

The conference will continue through Wednesday afternoon and, while I had a great time on the panel discussing new marketing channels, the feeling is that the shared ownership industry is on an upward trajectory that will provide positive results in 2010.
