Robb & Stucky to Design Luxury Palmyra Condominium Interiors in Jamaica

July 27, 2010

Jamaica’s first luxury beachfront condo hotel and casino, The Palmyra Resort & Spa, has recently retained Robb & Stucky Interiors to handle a major portion of the design and creation of custom furnishings for 288 condominiums and a nearly 30,000 square foot signature spa and clubhouse.

The planned $2 billion high-end property is set against 16 oceanfront acres on the grounds of a former Jamaican plantation within the elite enclave of historic Rose Hall in Montego Bay. Development of three 12-story condominium buildings and amenities began in late 2005. The first tower (Sable Palm) is completed with the second tower (Silver Palm) finished in May of this year. Completion of the Sentry Palm Tower and a private village of 11 condominium villas linked by garden rooms and plazas are expected by the end of this year. Villas will range from $450,000 to $3.5 million.
