Leading the change in the vacation ownership industry’s business environment, one of the industry’s largest and most respected resort management firms has teamed up with one of its most innovative developers. Vacation Resorts International® (“VRI”) and InnSeason Resorts® (“ISR”) announced that they have entered into a strategic alliance under which VRI has assumed the management responsibilities for seven InnSeason owned or operated resorts plus the InnSeason Vacation Club®. InnSeason Resorts will implement marketing and sales solutions for VRI managed resorts in the eastern United States.  The business goal is to roll up the thousands of available timeshare intervals within the VRI network, deliver them to consumers using cutting-edge operating and marketing platforms, and give the resort Associations a new tool to ensure a full complement of dues-paying members.

VRI Chairman and CEO Roy Fraser said he was honored to have the opportunity to serve the owners and members at the InnSeason resorts and to work more closely with long-time friends and business associates, William “Billy” Curran and Dennis Ducharme.
