In review, David Clifton, managing director Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia added “This has been a great period for us, despite the world’s current challenging economic environment. We’ve seen new affiliations covering the length and breadth across all regions, from Ireland in the west to Korea in the east, with quite a variety of new Shared Ownership (SO) products being offered by both branded and independent developers. We have added a game reserve, ski resorts, golf and spa resorts, sailing boats as well as our more traditional kind of SO resorts. This shows what I believe to be the great strength of the SO business model, and is evidence that our industry remains attractive to both developers and consumers alike.” [/member]
