The upcoming timeshare and fractional ownership business conference in London, aptly named The FORUM (9-10 December 2009), will take on a series of debates between panel experts and the audience of 200 industry professionals.

One of the main questions this year has been the rapid increase in positive media focus around fractional ownership products, in particular property related. There are however, many views on where this product sits in relation to a wider industry, is it a traditional property product, or part of the shared ownership industry – as both styles exist, how will this be translated to consumers, who have heard the term fractional ownership but as yet are widely uneducated about its benefits.
