The full menu includes delectable items such as Casabitos de Mocion – yucca flour tortillas with olive oil, oregano and garlic served with roasted eggplant, julienne vegetables and pico de gallo, and popular dishes such as Mofongo and grilled dorado with coconut sauce and rice. Special all-inclusive rates at the Viva Wyndham Dominicus Palace start from $130 per person, per night, double occupancy. Guests can also relish the services and amenities of its sister property next door, the Viva Wyndham Dominicus Beach.
