Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific, one of the Gold Coast’s largest employers, has received five prestigious awards at the Australian Timeshare and Holiday Ownership Council’s (ATHOC) National Industry Awards last night.
ATHOC is the representative body for the Australian timeshare industry and the ATHOC awards recognise exceptional performance and contribution within the industry.
Gold Coast marketing professional, Erin Kimmince has been honoured with the prestigious Marketing Performer of the Year award at the timeshare industry’s 24th annual national awards.
Ms Kimmince works for Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific as the Marketing Manager for the WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham. As the Marketing Manager, Ms Kimmince’s focus is on ensuring that every interaction with guests or WorldMark timeshare owners have with Wyndham exceed their expectations and encourage them to further experience, or purchase the product.
Ms Kimmince was awarded for her empathetic approach to marketing, as she always puts her customer first. She is constantly thinking about what her customers want, how they want it and how Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific can deliver the best possible solution.
Ms Kimmince played a crucial role in many key marketing programs in 2014 that lead to improved occupancy for Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific’s 26 resorts.
Ms Kimmince led the relaunch of the Holidays by Wyndham website, which resulted in a 20% lift in online enquiries and direct holiday voucher sales. She also project managed and launched a successful travel campaign.
Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific President and Managing Director, Barry Robinson said Ms Kimmince’s over and above attitude deserved to be recognised.
