Vacation Resorts International (VRI), a provider of management and leisure services to vacation owners, announced that Sanibel Beach Club, a VRI-managed property, has earned the Certified Guest Service Property designation from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI).
The 31-unit timeshare property is the third of VRI’s managed resorts to receive this international distinction and the first on Sanibel Island. In order for a property to be certified, all employees interacting with guests must complete AHLEI’s comprehensive training and demonstrate best practices in customer service.
“Sanibel Beach Club is a beautifully maintained resort situated within walking or biking distance of many of the island’s most popular attractions,” said Donna Sage, director of resort operations for VRI. “What makes this property truly special is the staff and their commitment to guest satisfaction. The attention to detail is of utmost importance.”
Situated on 351 feet of beachfront on the Gulf of Mexico, Sanibel Beach Club features two-bedroom, two-bath units, with a living/dining room combination, a fully equipped kitchen, and full-size washer and dryer.
Sanibel Island is renowned for its striking sunsets, white-sand beaches, fine dining and accommodations, and abundance of beautiful seashells. In addition to shell collecting, golfing, kayaking, and exploring nature are just some of the activities vacationers can enjoy.
VRI provides resorts, hotels, and condominiums with a full spectrum of services, including reservations and rentals handled through its call center; resort operations such as front-desk check-in, housekeeping, and unit maintenance; financial assistance in the areas of planning, budgeting, and forecasting; and communications between the association and its members.
