Bluegreen Vacations Corporation and BBX Capital Corporation Announce Closing of Bluegreen Vacations’ Initial Public Offering
Bluegreen Vacations Corporation (NYSE: BXG) (“Bluegreen Vacations”) and its parent company, BBX Capital Corporation (NYSE: BBX) (OTCQX: BBXTB) (“BBX Capital”), jointly announced yesterday the closing of the initial public offering of Bluegreen Vacations’ common stock. Bluegreen Vacations sold 3,736,723 shares and a wholly owned subsidiary of BBX Capital sold 2,761,925 shares as a selling shareholder.
